Bruce Kemper is our Financial Secretary. He serves for three year or more and manages our financial resources. Working closely with the Grand Knight, Treasurer and Board of Trustees, he ensures that funds are received, accounted for and managed. He is also the key person for managing our membership program. Working with our Membership Director, he ensures that initial dues are collected and that a new member is not only welcomed in our council, but also is brought into the Order as a new member. Membership at the council level has the added benefit of being an accepted member at any other Knights of Columbus council. This is important when a Knight is traveling out of the area and needs the help or camaraderie of the Knights of Columbus.
