Recorder - Our keeper of council records
Our Recorder is Gene Keeling. The Recorder keeps accurate and complete records of council meetings. This position is key to maintaining a complete historical record of what we do and what we have agreed to as a unit. All meeting information is kept in a council record book. Gene and his family are very active in the church community. A special project of his is preparing the food and feeding the workers at each of the two Parish Pride Day lunches.
Advocate - Our authority on council rules and regulations
Our Advocate is Peter O'Grady. He is the parliamentarian for the council. The Advocate need not be a member of the legal profession, but is thoroughly familiar with all of the laws of the Order as stated in the Knights of Columbus Charter, Constitution and Laws, as well as the council bylaws.
