Meals for Millions checkHow do you measure the effectiveness of Knights of Columbus Programs?  You track participation, projects, and programs through reports.  The council compiles information received and submits a report on the activities of the council to the State and Supreme Councils.  We also provide this information to St. Thomas More Catholic Church to report on our ministry.

You, as a member of the council, can assist us by providing information on your personal activities to help others.  Knights work with in the council, but many–no,  most of us–are equally active in the community.  Select a report from the list below and submit your activities to the council.  You will find that each is just a “fill in the blanks” report.  There is no need to print and send a copy.  Your report is on file as soon as you submit it.
